If, contrary to expectations, you do not like something from your order, you can of course exercise your right of cancellation. Please send the goods back to us within 14 days .
The direct shipping costs for the return are to be borne by you and will not be reimbursed by us.
Please remember to choose insured shipping as we do not provide refunds for damaged or lost packages.
The goods must be returned to us unused, in the original packaging and with all labels attached.
Important: please send the goods stating your order number and your name so that we can assign the return.
As soon as we receive the goods, we will refund you the amount. Please note that we cannot issue a refund without the order number you provide .
Please note that food items cannot be returned.
If you would like to exchange an item, please place a new order in the online shop and send back the unwanted item as described above. We will process and refund your return independently of the new order. Unfortunately, offsetting is not possible.
