Dark Chocolate
We only use high-quality chocolate in our chocolate-coated products. The taste of dark chocolate is more nuanced, intense and slightly bitter due to the amount of cocoa in the recipe.
Maldon Salt
Maldon Sea Salt is loved and used by gourmet chefs all over the world. It has been traditionally produced in the same place in England for the past 135 years. Maldon Sea Salt has a pure flavour - fresh, without bitterness, and the salt crystals have a wonderfully crunchy and flaky texture.
Sweet liquorice
Sweet, but in harmony with its own strength – with extra finesse from natural anise.
INGREDIENTS
Dark chocolate with liquorice & sea salt: Ingredients: 63% dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, WHOLE MILK POWDER, emulsifier: SOY LECITHIN, natural vanilla flavor), rice flour, invert sugar syrup, sugar, molasses, glucose syrup, 2.3% liquorice extract, 0.9% sea salt, rapeseed oil, salt, cocoa butter, coating agent: shellac, anise oil. Contains at least 57% total cocoa solids. Gluten-free.
