Salt and vinegar is a truly timeless and popular English snack classic. Nicolas Vahé doesn't want to experiment with this tried and tested flavor combination and relies on tradition. The shape is quite unconventional, however. The long and thin sticks are much more elegant than chips and, together with your favorite pesto, make an ideal starter. If you break them up, you can also use them as a crouton substitute in a salad. Thanks to the vinegar, they provide a pleasantly sour taste.
